Lovely place to stay. The host was so very accommodating despite my very late arrival and very early departure three days later. The breakfasts were amazing, cooked to request, and delicious. Highly recommend Nivalis.Close to a bike path/walking trail too.

Nivalis Bed And Breakfast
Stayed at Nivalis for 4 nights over Xmas period and enjoyed every minute of it. The host made sure the pool was was lovely and clean for us. We spent alot of time in the pool just relaxing and enjoying being outside reading. The breakfast was lovely and some of the best bacon and eggs I have ever had. Would recommend to a friend.

Nivalis Bed And Breakfast
We just came back from a vacation in Swan Valley , 2 nights , and we stayed atNivalis Bed n Breakfast.We loved it very much.The host was very friendly and the dogs and cat to.The room was cleaned and pretty , the pool area was very nice and very relaxing place. We spend a lot of time there and swim in the pool and then read our books.Breakfast was very good.We brought our bikes with us that was perfect because many of the pubs and restaurants are very close to Nivalis.

What an awesome B&B, just stayed 3 enjoyable days in Perth on business and could not have stayed anywhere better.. Great meals, very clean room and super comfortable bed.Host Yvonne is lovely to speak with and does her utmost to make everything great for the stay..definitely be back…
