John and Julie are excellent hosts, the private cottage has everything a family needs, and the surrounding countryside has plenty of amazing wildlife to experience. The perfect place to explore the region from. Nicely done.

Beautiful little cottage with lovely people, so many thoughtful additions. Great location close to Margs yet peaceful on a farm.

We had the pleasure to stay in this cottage over the weekend. 9-12/08/19Its a beautiful property, equipped with everything you might need, a nice fire by the living room to warm up the space, spotless clean, warm heated beds, spacious kitchen, even a bbq shed with a cool design.the property is shared with kangaroos, parrots of all colours and the forest smell that just makes you thing you are miles away from civilization with the convenience of having Margaret River just 15 min drive from there.we have been to different places and accommodations in Margaret but this is by far the best experience. Our parents from Colombia and visiting Australia couldnt have a better experience in WA.5/5Christian

What a fantastic house in Margaret River. A little bit of the beaten path but quiet and peaceful in a great location. Hosts were spectacular and very helpful. We'd go back there again with no hesitation.

Fantastic place to stay

What a lovely place!The cottage is immaculate, beautifully presented and spotlessly clean in a delightful setting amongst the trees with all sorts of birds and wildlife.Very comfortable furniture and beds too.Loved the loaf of fresh bread and all the extra items and well stocked larder.

My husband and i are over on vacation from Scotland and stayed in the Littlebrook cottage over Easter with our son and family....The cottage is a few kilometres from Margaret River down a forest track.It is very well equipped with a large tv and has a good selection of dvds.. Its very clean and has a log burning fire which we used in the evenings..Our visitors in the early mornings were the kangaroos & parrots which we loved seeing as we are from the UK.The owners were very nice and friendly and had some goodies waiting for us on arrival which was very kind of them.We would have liked tostayed on longer but had to return to Perth..If we are back in the area again we would love to return for a visit...we would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely cottage to anyone.The Russell family's from Perth & Brechin Angus Scotland
